2 cups sugar 1 cup salad oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained, optional 1 additional teaspoon cinnamon, optional 3 eggs 3 cups flour 1/4 Tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cup chopped fresh zucchini 1 cup nuts
Mix ingredients together and pour into 2 3" x 7" pans. Bake at 350( for 60 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before taking out of pan.
