4 salmon steaks, thick 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 Tablespoon lemon juice 2 Tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Place salmon steaks in shallow pan. Combine all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once. Drain, reserving marinade. Place steaks on broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn and brush again. Broil 4-5 minutes more. Check with fork for doneness. Do not overcook.
