Crisco pastry for 1-crust pie 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 cups canned pumpkin 1/4 cup honey 1 cup evaporated milk
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. In bowl, combine sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in pumpkin and honey. In saucepan, heat milk; add with eggs to pumpkin mixture; blend thoroughly. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. Bake at 425( for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350(. Bake 35 minutes more.
