2 (3 ounce) packages of cranberry-raspberry, cranberry, or raspberry flavored gelatin 1 cup boiling water 2 cups cold water 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce 1 (29 ounce) can pear halves, drained and chopped 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water, lemon juice, and cranberry sauce.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pear pieces and pecans.
Pour into lightly oiled 7-8 cup mold, pretty serving dish, or 9" x 13" pan.
Chill until firm and then unmold, if molded garnish with fresh greens.
Can use the 6 cup Tupperware gelatin mold
