1 dozen eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 Tablespoon butter 8 ounces sour cream 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, salt, and sugar. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and pour in egg mixture. Cook stirring occasionally until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat to cool. Stir in sour cream. Spread evenly into buttered 2 quart shallow baking dish 12" x 7". Top with bacon and cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300(. Uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted. Refrigerate leftovers.
