Macaroni Dandy Salad

Description A tasty, colorful, macaroni salad served cold.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salad greens
  • Radish roses
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped pimiento
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • Instructions

    Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimiento, and green pepper. Serve on salad greens; garnish with radish roses.
