Description | A tasty, colorful, macaroni salad served cold. |
8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni 1/2 cup mayonnaise Salad greens Radish roses 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 1 tomato, diced 1 cup diced celery 3 Tablespoons chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery, pimiento, and green pepper. Serve on salad greens; garnish with radish roses.
