2 (1 pound) flank steaks 1/2 cup burgundy 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup oil 1 Tablespoon lemon pepper a few drops of Tabasco
Blend sauce ingredients. Have butcher run flank steaks through tenderizer. Roll steaks from long side, overlapping 1 steak with another to make bigger pinwheels. Cut into 2" wide slices. Re-roll and secure with long picks. Pour sauce into plastic bag, then put in already rolled pinwheels. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes on one side. Turn over and grill 10 more minutes for rare.
