Description | Easy to make, tasty Mexican nacho dip |
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened 1 can of Hormel chili without beans 1 bunch of green onions, chopped To taste, Cheddar cheese, shredded (or Co-jack)
Spread the softened cream cheese in a 9" round pie plate or similar dish. Then spread chili over this layer. Next sprinkle on chopped onions, then shredded cheddar. Bake at 350( for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
