Cookies
- 1 package dark chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Filling
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white
Mix ingredients. Form 1" balls. Cook on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes at 350(. Allow to cool. Spread filling between two cookies.
