Description | Chicken and noodles |
4 cans (10 1/2 oz) mushroom soup 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup finely chopped onion 3 cups diced celery 8 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles 2 cups salted cashew nuts
Heat oven to 325(. Mix soup, broth, onion, celery, and chicken. Arrange alternate layer of noodles and chicken mixture in ungreased shallow pan saving some noodle for top. Sprinkle noodles and nuts over top. Bake 30 minutes.
Dish may be prepared and frozen before baking
