1 bunch of asparagus (fat is better for this recipe) Olive oil Sea salt to taste
Break off tough ends of asparagus where they bend and break. Layer in a casserole dish and brush generously with olive oil. Then sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in 500( oven for 10-12 minutes if asparagus is thin, 14-15 minutes if it's fat.
